Please note that this ten-day period refers to the time needed to create the garment and does not include the duration of shipping to your specific location. While we strive to meet these timelines consistently, we are not responsible for delays caused by international customs or unforeseen courier issues once the package has left our facilities in the UAE.
A core condition of purchasing from Mozline is our strict no-refund and no-exchange policy. Because our items are made-to-order according to individual customer requests, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection.
